Job Summary
- Leads and provides direction in developing and implementing medium to long-term operations and asset management strategies and programs including continuous process improvement programs to ensure cost optimization, availability, reliability, efficiency of geothermal facilities in attaining strategic objectives
- Oversees overall operations and maintenance of the geothermal facility in collaboration with various departments and division heads. Ensures continuous operations unimpeded by violations of laws, rules, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct
- Provides overall management of Geothermal Facility in terms of strategies, budget, statutory requirements & licenses, contracts and sales agreements, litigations, finance management and optimization of resources.
- Participates in high level policy meetings, conferences, and/or external negotiations/meetings as needed
